c. Clarifies and understands what you are looking for! What are your musts -vs.- your wants?
d. Honest and communicates well!
e. References; a list of their satisfied customers available for your review!
f. Knowledgeable and professional - to do the best job possible!
g. Networked with resources for you, including Loan officers, Inspectors and insurance agents!
- Be loyal to your agent and they will be loyal to you!
- Communicate openly and honestly with your agent, it will only enhance your home buying experience!
